Use the steps below to clean up misspelled cities.
Select a Customer, then follow the steps below.
Double-click the city drop-down to access the City Cleanup tool.
Click - Merge Existing (This is to get a full city listing to work)
Select the city misspelling that you need to correct.
Click rename.
Type the correct name. (It will merge and update all the customers that have the misspelled name)
Click Ok
The “Delete” function will only work for cities that are not in use. A message will be displayed if you attempt to delete a city in use. You should select rename in these instances and correct the spelling.
