This article explains how the time-out/automatic logoff works in Furniture Wizard Cloud.
This only applies to programs hosted directly by Furniture Wizard Software.
If you have the cloud-hosted version of Furniture Wizard Software, you may notice that an automatic sign-off/time-out of the program occasionally occurs. Here is why:
Cloud Hosted Furniture Wizard has an automatic sign-off that occurs after 2 hours of inactivity. This means if you do not perform any clicks or navigate in the program within 2 hours, you will be automatically signed out and need to sign back in. To avoid the timeout, you need to click or navigate inside the program.
If your computer disconnects unexpectedly or your connection gets interrupted for more than 5 minutes, the system will perform an automatic signoff.
If your computer has power settings that cause it to go to sleep, the system will sign off/log out. The power settings on your computer will need to be changed so it does not sleep as soon.
This refers to the timeout of the cloud and does not influence any of the internal security settings of Furniture Wizard Software.
