How to Use iFurniture Mobile

A basic guide to iFurniture Mobile.

  1. Open iFurniture Mobile and enter your server’s IP address or URL if you are cloud-hosted. Enter a device name that will help you identify which mobile device you are connecting. No spaces are allowed in either field.

  2. Enter your Furniture Wizard Username and Password. No spaces are allowed in either field.

  3. If you have entered the correct credentials, you will get a loading screen that will progress as it downloads your store’s data.

    This may take a few minutes to complete.

  4. Once your data is loaded, you will be presented with this screen.

  5. If you tap Scan, you will be taken to the screen where iFurniture Mobile will scan a barcode.

  6. Once you scan the barcode, you can add the item to a list or upload a custom image.

  7. If you choose to “Add to List,” you will be presented with a box to choose an existing list or create a new list.

  8. You can then go back to the home screen of the app to view and reconcile your lists.

  1. If you go back into Furniture Wizard and choose “Data Exchange” on the home screen of Furniture Wizard, you can choose Import from iPad and then select the list you created in the earlier steps and process the data as you desire.

iFurniture Mobile is a mobile app for both Android and Apple. Works on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
