How to import inventory items from Excel Spreadsheet (peer-to-peer setup)

Note: Create a backup and make sure no one else is in the system before continuing

  1. Double Click the Furniture Wizard Logo on the Top Left

  2. Select Preferences and select OK on the Prompt

  3. Select Import Inventory

    1. Select one of the following

      1. Import Inventory

      2. Import Customers

      3. Import Suppliers

  4. Select Load Excel File

    1. Navigate to where you have the Excel File saved such as My Documents

    2. Select the File and click Open

  5. Verify the Column Headers

  6. Check the Verify Column Header Checkbox

  7. Select Start Data Analysis

  8. Select Process Data

  9. A Prompt will pop up to show the process has complete

  10. If needed Import any other Excel Spreadsheets repeating from steps 4

  11. Once all excel spreadsheets have been imported you can exit the Importer

Update Pricing

Only do this if you are marking up a percentage for the supplier

  1. Select Additional Features from the main menu

  2. Select Suppliers

  3. Select the suppliers

  4. Select Edit

  5. Enter in the Retail and Regular percent

  6. Enter in the Retail and Regular rounding

    1. FW rounds to 9.99

  7. Select Update Pricing

  8. Select Yes on the Prompt

  9. Pricing has now been updated

  10. Select Exit
