If launching the Windows App results in an Insufficient system resource error a reset may restore full functionality.
End Windows App Processes in Task Manager and try again
Try a Reboot
The steps below walk through the process of resetting the Windows App. Before resetting the application make sure to have the user and password that will be needed to log in.
Access installed programs by opening the start menu and searching for “Add or remove programs”.
Once in the Installed applications list scroll and find the Windows App. Click the three dots and select the Advanced options.
Once in Advanced options scroll and find the “Reset” option. Follow the prompts and then relaunch the Windows App.
If the Windows app still presents an error the two items below may be the cause. You can also contact support for additional assistance.
