# Unreceiving and Receiving PO Item

This guide will show you how to Unreceive a PO Item

Unreceive PO Item

1. Select Quick Search
2. Select the Purchase Order Tab
3. Select Closed Tab
4. Select the PO or enter in the PO number on the left
5. Select Receive PO Items
6. Check Show Received Items at the top right
7. Select the Item you want to Unreceive
8. Enter in the QTY as a negative using (#)
  1. Example: (1)
9. Verify the date is correct
10. Select the Down Arrow
11. Select Post Receive Now

Notice the QTY and the Received for the Item updated and the PO is now Open

Receive PO Item

1. Select Quick Search
2. Select the Purchase Order Tab
3. Select Open Tab
4. Select the PO or enter in the PO number to the left
5. Select Receive PO Items
6. Select Receive All
7. Select Post Receive Now

Notice the QTY and the Received for the Item updated and the PO is back to Received
