# Work Order Templates

**Adding Work Order Descriptions and Templates in the Service Order Module.**

Service Categories exist to store Work-Description Templates and to improve workflows.

1. Select a Service Category of work.

2. Add to the Work-Description Templates by highlighting the text in the Work Description box.

3. Then use Add to add the text to the Templates.

4. Once Templates exist you can double-click the text to add it to the work description box.

*Templates can be removed by clicking on them and clicking “Remove”
