You can merge customers in Furniture Wizard and see all of the history of a customer together in one customer record. Follow the steps below to merge customers.
The first step is to identify the customer you want to remove. If the customer is a true duplicate name, you will put a Z on the end of the customer that you are removing so you can easily identify it in the merge process.
Access the customer record that you will be keeping.
Select “Edit”
Then select “Merge”
Notice the alert if using QuickBooks integration there may be an additional step you need to take in QuickBooks after you complete the customer merge in Furniture Wizard.
Select the customer that will be removed during the merge process.
Select Yes on the final alert to conclude the merge.
