This article explains what causes and how to resolve the below error message you may receive on occasion when you try to open or close Furniture Wizard. This message usually occurs when using the Furniture Wizard Cloud environment.

Why is this happening?

  • You double-click on the Furniture Wizard icon in the Furniture Wizard Cloud environment.

  • You single-click on the Furniture Wizard icon and then single click it a second time before the program opens fully.

What do I do to fix it?

  1. Close Furniture Wizard by closing your active windows (invoices, reports, purchase orders), and then clicking “Exit” on the program’s dashboard.

  2. Click “Yes” on the error message and then wait for Furniture Wizard to open again. You can then close it again.

  3. If you click no, the error message will come up again the next time you try to use Furniture Wizard.

Other Notes:

  • This is not a major issue other than system slowness has been observed when it does occur.

  • Please ask your users to wait a little longer between opening attempts.

  • Only single-click the Furniture Wizard icon in Windows App when you are opening it from the Furniture Wizard Cloud.
