Podium - PO Receive Messages

Send PO Received Messages

Once the items on a PO have been received, you can send the messages using the Podium Integration.

1. Enable Send Message - PO’s

   1. Navigate to Preferences >Vendor-Specific Integration > Podium

   

2. The Location ID (UID) from Podium must be set up in Branch Edit Preferences

   1. Navigate to Preferences > Brand Edit > Podium

   2. Use either the location ID (pre-1/1/2025 or the longer UID)

   

3. Once enabled, a selection box will be presented after the PO is received.

4. Select ‘Receive PO Items’ on an open Purchase Order.

5. After selecting the items you would like to receive, select ‘Post Receive Now’

   

6. The Send PO Message Form will then be presented.

   1. You can filter the list via the Fulfillment options if applicable.

   2. You can then use the Select All or individual invoices to send the messages.

   3. Once you have made selections, click send to process the batch.

      

      *Once you select ‘Send’ or ‘Cancel’, you cannot get back to this screen.
