Sending Review Invites from the Point of Sale

Configure Podium Integration

  1. Enable Podium Integration

    1. Navigate to Preferences >Vendor-Specific Integration > Podium

  2. The Location ID (UID) from Podium must be set up in Branch Edit Preferences.

    1. Navigate to Preferences > Brand Edit > Podium

    2. Use either the location ID (pre-1/1/2025 or the longer UID)

You can now send review invites.

Review Invites during Invoice Creation

  1. On the Process Invoice screen, select all of the required information, including the customer's information. Once Satisfied select ‘Create Invoice’.

  2. At this point, a Wizard Alert will appear asking to Send Podium Request. A review invite will be sent to the customer by selecting' Yes’. You can choose ‘No’ if you do not want the review invite to send.

Sending Review Invites from the Customer Record

You can send review invites from the Customer Record. Just select an invoice on that customer’s record.

  1. From the Customer Record. Select History to review that customer’s history.

  2. Select the invoice for which you would like to send the review invite.

  3. Select ‘Podium’ to send a review invite for that customer.
