Uploading a PO to Ashley Direct
If the Ashley Integration is enabled, you can send an Ashley Furniture Purchase Order to Ashley Direct. Once the PO is created you will have the option to upload PO to Ashley on the open Purchase Order.
Click the ‘Upload PO to Ashley’ button to bring up the Ashley Furniture PO Submission Form.
Select the ‘Date Expected’ from the calendar.
Hit the drop-down menu and select the ‘Ship Method’ you’d like. Ship Complete, Ship as Available, or Ship Series.
Select the ‘Send’ button once both fields are filled in.
Once you hit ‘Send’ and the Purchase Order is submitted, the ‘Date Sent’ field will automatically fill in.
