Reviews Invites Using Kenect

Sending Review Invites from the Point of Sale

You have the ability to send review invites at the point of sale once the invoice has been created.

  1. On the Process Invoice screen, select all of the required information including the customer and their information. Once Satisfied select ‘Create Invoice’.

  2. At this point, a Wizard Alert will appear asking to Send Kenect Request. By selecting ‘Yes’ a review invite will be sent to the customer. You can select ‘No’ if you do not want the review invite to send.

Sending Review Invites from the Customer Record

You have the ability to send review invites from the Customer Record. Just select an invoice on that customer’s record.

  1. From the Customer Record. Select History to review that customer’s history.

  2. Select the invoice you would like to send the review invite for.

  3. Select ‘Kenect’ to send a review invite for that customer.
